On February 13, 2024, the Geneva Act of the Hague Agreement (1999) will enter into force for Greece, and on March 14, 2024 for Italy. The Hague System enables applicants to protect their designs internationally (in the territory of the contracting parties) by filing a single application, in a single language, and paying a single set of fees.<\/p>\n
