TRADEMARKS – MADRID PROTOCOL AND MAURITIUS

For the record, on March 15, 2023, the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) entered into force for Mauritius – https://adelphe-ip.com/en/patent-cooperation-treaty-mauritius/

MAURITIUS now joins the Madrid Protocol which will enter into force for it on May 6, 2023. It is recalled that the Madrid system allows to benefit from a simplified, centralized and low cost procedure for the protection of trademarks at the international level.
