PATENT – WIPO TREATY ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, GENETIC RESOURCES AND ASSOCIATED TRADITIONAL KNOWLEDGE

As a reminder, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) adopted a new treaty on Intellectual Property, Genetic Resources and Traditional Knowledge on May 24, 2024. (Cf. our news ici).

The WIPO has just announced that Malawi is the first country to sign this treaty.
